At the international level, our Firm has been involved in the issuance of corporate bonds for our international clients in the mining sector as part of the financing for local acquisitions in Peru. Locally, our Firm has advised insurance and construction companies in the public issuance of shares and corporate bonds, respectively.

 

Estudio Ferrero Abogados has also given legal advice to companies (bidders and targets) on issues regarding public company takeovers, including, among others, competing tender-offers, management defensive tactics, and minority shareholders rights.

 

Several of our Firm's clients have their shares quoted on the Lima Stock Exchange. Consequently, our Firm's attorneys are constantly coordinating with the Lima Stock Exchange and Peru's Securities and Exchange Commission (CONASEV) to ensure compliance with rules and regulations governing capital markets.
