Our Firm provides advice to clients in the field of financial services, particularly in structuring finance operations through Peru's financial system. Some finance operations we've recently been involved in are: credit lines for working-capital needs, financial leasing, sale and lease-backs, syndicated loans, and others.

 

Moreover, since 1993 our Firm has been advising the Superintendencia de Banca y Seguros (Banking and Insurance Regulating Body) in several issues including the actions taken against CLAE, a financial services provider that had illegally received deposits from the public; thus committing a breach of the regulatory body of laws governing financial institutions.
