Our Firm is prepared to provide services of the highest level to local and foreign investors taking part in the privatization processes (for the sale of assets or corporate stock) or the concession of infrastructure projects to private investors. The advice commences with the bidder's pre-qualification stage and comprises all stages of the process (due diligence, bidding and public auction, among others) until negotiation and execution of the final contract with the Peruvian State are achieved.

 

One of the last procedures in which the firm have taken part is the concession of the highways IIRSA Norte and Interoceánica Sur, concessions that involve investments of about US$1,200 million and in which we have acted direct and indirectly as advisors of the Brazilian constructors Queiroz & Galvao S.A., Andrade Gutierrez, Camargo Correa and Odebretch.
