Our Firm also provides legal advice to the Peruvian Association of Insurance Companies (APESEG) as well to the Superintendencia de Banca y Seguros (SBS), Peru´s Banking and Insurance Regulating Body. The services rendered to these entities include, among others, labor, tax, litigation, regulatory compliance, as well legislative proposals.
