The Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group represents clients in civil (contract disputes and torts), commercial, corporate, administrative, and constitutional disputes before Peruvian Courts and the Constitutional Tribunal. It also advocates the defense of clients in local and international, ad hoc and institutional arbitration procedures.

 

We are currently involved in some of the largest litigation proceedings in Peru, including representing the Peruvian Tax Agency and the Supervisory Agency for Financial Institutions and Insurance Companies.

 

In addition, our attorneys have been trained to manage and solve disputes through different negotiation techniques, whether directly or in assistance of a mediator, aiming to avoid litigation and arbitration. Thus, they are highly skilled at finding solutions that suit the client's interests in the shortest time possible and at the lowest cost.
