Estudio Ferrero Abogados was founded in 1937 by Mr. Raúl Ferrero Rebagliati who practiced until 1977. As a law professor, Mr. Ferrero taught at Peru's main universities and military academies. He is also the author of numerous publications on legal matters. He was Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Dean of the Lima Bar Association of Lawyers, Member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Hague, and President of the National Commission on Minimum Wage for many years. He was also Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs (1967), as well as Minister of Finance and Trade (1968). Mr. Ferrero founded the Firm together with Mr. Alejandro Desmaison, Mr. Guillermo Donayre, and Mr. Luis P. Velarde. Mr. Ferrero also practiced the profession of economist as President of the National Academy of Economic Sciences.
