The Firm currently employs 12 legal assistants selected from the most prestigious universities in Lima. Legal assistants working at the Firm must belong to the first quintile of their Law School and be proficient in spoken and written English.

 

Our aim is that, upon completing their studies, legal assistants join the Firm as associates. To achieve this we give special attention to their training and development at both personal and professional levels.
