- Litigation, arbitration and negotiation of claims related to civil law (property, contracts and tort), commercial law, regulatory law and constitutional matters, as well as absolving consultations and preparing reports related to these subjects. Some of the most important cases represented are the following:
- Representation in five arbitral proceedings regarding the execution of services agreements subscribed by one of the most prestigious telecommunication company of the country with five different suppliers. The amount of these arbitration proceedings is $50 million.
- Representation in twenty contentious administrative proceedings regarding corrective measures and fines issued by OSIPTEL to one of the major telecommunications companies of the country due to actions related to the monitoring and compliance of the concession agreement signed between the company and the Peruvian State.
- Representation in thirty civil, contractual, financial and tort law suits against one of the most important local banks in the country for an amount of $20 million.
- Representation of shareholders in the impugnation proceedings of corporate agreements of a local company valued at $200 million.
- Representation of one of the main hydrocarbon company in Peru, in two judicial proceedings that intend the annulment of an easement agreement.
- Representation in an arbitration proceeding, in a legal protection process and in various civil proceedings in order to recover a property valued in $20 million owned by a local company.
- The annulment of an arbitral award in a legal protection process. The arbitral award compelled a foreign company to pay a compensation amount of $5 million.
- Representation of one of the most important airport operator company of the country in a proceeding for the revision of rates of fuels initiated by a Peruvian airline company.
- Representation of one of the main trust companies of the country in proceedings intended to annul trusts as well as civil liability claims for an amount of $10 million.
- Representation in a property prescription process against of one of the most important supermarkets in the country regarding a property valued in $6 million.
