Experience -
Experience on all kinds of financial deals, including Debt Programs (Bonds, Commercial Papers, Certificates of Deposit), issuance of shares, syndicated loans, medium term loans, leasing operations, securitization, etc.; acquisition of listed companies, tender offers, amongst others. Additionally, Mrs. Sarmiento provides comprehensive legal assistance to several insurance company’s on a daily basis, preparing legal reports and communications before the Banking and Insurance Superintendence.
