Experience in mining practice, especially regarding the acquisition process to obtain and keep in good standing mining properties, the negotiation and acquisition of access rights to surface lands, mining properties title studies, mining due diligence, drafting of legal reports regarding limitations, restrictions and permits applicable to the mining industry.
Experience in environmental practice related to the mining industry, especially regarding the permitting for exploration and exploitation activities.  
Has participated among other transactions, in the following:

• BHP Billiton.- Legal council regarding the acquisition of more than 1,000 mining properties according to the granting concessions system for several mining projects, including publication of mining claims, review and answering of technical reports and observations issued by the Intituto Geológico Minero y Metalúrgico - INGEMMET as part of the staking process. 
• Xstrata Tintaya.- Legal council implementing the company´s social and corporate policies, including counceling regarding the implementation and fulfillment of the Convenio Marco entered into the Espinar Municipality.
• Orica Nitratos Perú - Proyecto Phoenix.- Legal council regarding the implementation and developing of the construction and operation of a petrochemical plant project.  
• CIA Minera Santa Luisa.– Legal council regarding the acquisition of arid lands before Peruvian Estate.
