• Laureate Education Peru SRL. Advice in relation to the Guarantee Agreement entered into in support of the Syndicated Credit Agreement issued by JP Morgan Chase Bank NA and other creditors for the benefit of Cultural Initiatives Spain SL (ICE).
• BankBoston N.A. Branch in Peru. Advised on identification, risk mitigation and legal disposal of products and critical processes of the Bank. Participated in defining risks to be assumed by the company. Risk matrices developed for critical processes and procedures of the legal area. Advised issuance of securities, syndicated and international corporate guarantees.
