- BankBoston N.A. Branch in Peru. Advised on identification, risk mitigation and legal disposal of products and critical processes of the Bank. Participated in defining risks to be assumed by the company. Risk matrices developed for critical processes and procedures of the legal area. Advised issuance of securities, syndicated and international corporate guarantees.
